Description
The mission of AIDS Services of Austin is to enhance the health and well-being of the community and people affected by HIV and AIDS. In 2012, AIDS Services of Austin (ASA) celebrated 25 years of positive change for people affected by HIV and AIDS in Central Texas.

We are seeking 3-4 summer and/or fall interns to help us prepare for our fundraisers and events in the fall including Dining for Life and AIDS Walk. Interns will be supervised by our development team leaders while receiving additional support from our Volunteer Manager. Interns will gain insight and hands on experience with the events and development side of the non profit sector while contributing exponentially to their community
Requirements
Written and oral communication skills

Interns must be comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities and/or expressions.
