Join the Boys & Girls Clubs at Bertha Sadler Means Middle School in the second day of a three part project! We are looking for 10 dedicated volunteers to help in second phase of a beautiful Rain Garden. On April 18th we will be digging the garden while using the soil to build a berm around the edges. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a water bottle, hat, suncreen, and smile for a morning of fun! Please arrive on time and ready to start making a difference in the community.

What is a rain garden? Rain gardens filter runoff and protect groundwater, especially after significant downpour. They also add unexpected beauty to low spots that tend to collect water and draw wildlife.
