ACES Day is a day where all children all over the world are encouraged to exercise. This is the second year for ExerCyse' participation in ACES day. To help out, we will meet in the Forker parking lot and disperse in groups to the local elementary schools to set up exercise stations for kids to use. You will man one station and exercise with the kids when they get to your station and then send them on to the next one. A station might be jumping jacks or push ups, very easy things to manage. We will also have CY making a special stop at each school to play with the kids (and helpers)! We need a lot of help for this event to be a huge success! Last year ACES Day got special news coverage and was a huge success! It's a great way to take a break, relax, and de-stress from taking and studying for finals.
Must have completed the Youth Background Check and Youth Code of Conduct forms.
