Volunteers Needed: Earth Day Farmer's Market-Mueller

Texas Farmer's Market is celebrating Earth Day this weekend at its farmers markets! In addition to the celebration, Texas Farmers Markets will be kicking off their Zero Waste initiative this weekend! In order for them to achieve their goal of becoming Zero Waste, Texas Farmers Market is in need of volunteers! 

Volunteers will be rotating and helping with a variety of tasks. Volunteers will be 

- monitoring the recycling and compost bins while educating fans how to propoerly dispose of their materials

- delivering water to vendors

-supporting the vendor booths with any assistance necessary

- operating the info booth

- assisting with clean-up


this is a wonderful opportunity to obtain service hours and give back to your community! Volunteers will also be given baskets filled with local food donated by the farmers.
