TEXAS OLIVE FESTIVAL OFFICIALLY RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 14, 2015

WHAT: The third annual Texas Olive Festival, presented by Texas Hill Country Olive Company, has officially been rescheduled for Saturday, November 14 from noon to 7:00 p.m. The festival will only return as a one-day event featuring a similar lineup of activities and events that were scheduled for the original festival expo.

This November, guests can enjoy live music, exciting chef demos by Central Texas chefs, food and wine tastings from local restaurants and wineries, specialty vendors, kid’s activities, book signings by guest chefs, health and beauty seminars, and educational panel discussions surrounding olives and olive growing.

The individual events that were included as part of the original four-day festival will be scattered through the next few months. Events include orchard tours, cooking classes, movie nights, and more.

The festival was originally scheduled as a four-day event from Thursday, May 28 to Sunday, May 31, and was rescheduled due to safety concerns for the inclement weather forecast, flooding, and potential road closures.

Any tickets purchased for the festival will be honored for the new dates or can be fully refunded. For more information and updates on the lineup, please visit www.TexasOliveFest.com.
