Join the Naive Prairie Association of Texas and Austin Park Rangers at our monthly workday at one of the City of Austin Nature Preserves, Indiangrass Wildlife Sanctuary. We will start the day discussing the prescribed fire portion of restoration that is currently taking place at the preserve. We will also discuss the native species that currently make up this habitat, and collect seeds that will be used in mixtures later in the year as part of that restoration.

We will provide gloves, tools, fresh water. Please bring your own water bottle and wear closed towed shoes. Dress for weather and plan to get a little dirty!

We'll meet at the corner of Blue Bluff and Bloor Road. For directions enter the following GPS coordinates into Google Maps, and it will show you the way. 30.309087, -97.591919.

Thank you so much for serving with us!
If you are a minor, we request you have a guardian accompany you.
