The event is structured to provide Brown students who are engaging with nonprofit organizations in Providence with a deeper look at the fundamentals of nonprofit management, specifically theories of change, fundraising and programming. Topics will include:
  • What is your theory of change?
  • How will results be achieved? 
  • What do you believe? What assumptions are you making?
  • What assets are you incorporating into your model? 
  • What are the challenges you face?
  • How does your work contribute to community change in Providence?
