Join biologist Balcones Canyonlands biologist Jim O'Donnell as he works to restore endangered species habitat on the Vireo Preserve.
Volunteer work will include trail building, clearing debris along a creek, invasive species removal, erosion control, tree planting, and seed collecting/planting. New and experienced volunteers are welcome!
Please dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle.
Vireo Preserve is located near RR360 and FM2244. Message the volunteer coordinator, Cait McCann, for more information and specific directions.
