Volunteers Needed For Photo Shoot!

The DAC is seeking volunteers to participate as extras in a photo shoot! We are currently creating social stories for our theater and special events websites. These amazing resources will open up the door to our space for even more creative artists, expanding upon our goal of making the DAC accessible to everyone.  To learn more about social stories, visit https://carolgraysocialstories.com/social-stories/what-is-it/

We need volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. Some volunteers will be posing in a crowded theater, some will be posing in lines, and other situations.  It'll be a fun and easy way to spend an hour, and plus, you will be able to say you did something great to help the community.

All volunteers who attend will receive a thank you goodie bag and snacks.

Youth are more than welcome to sign up but must be accompanied by a guardian. All volunteers will be required to sign a photo release and liability form in order to participate.

Each volunteer gets a goodie bag on their way out and snacks! More importantly, they will have collectively contributed to creating a more accessible community.
Parking Details
Parking at the DAC is free but limited. There is parking available at the Palmer Event Center. In addition there are parking options available off Riverside Drive and Lee Barton Drive. We also want to encourage all our friends to drive safely, or better yet catch a taxi, ride share, bus or bike!
