Welcome! I first want to say any and all who are able to volunteer your time and energy to this worthy cause I appreciate you!
A few things I need to take the load off my plate are the following (please keep in mind that I have all the press releases, posters, flyers and other information to make this a very seamless transition. Once a volunteer has signed up for a time slot or duty I will contact you with the necessary information for you to move forward without any hesitation):

Contact Radio, TV, Print and other media to get the word out about the market.
Helpers/Greeters the day of the event (Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015 9-2 St. Paul's Episcopal Church Parish Hall.) Organize, print, check-out, etc.
Distribute flyers and posters to area businesses. Pass out postcards during the farmer's market throughtout Northwest Arkansas.
Set-up the day before the event Saturday, Dec. 5 4-6p.
Purchase snacks and drinks for the market (meat and cheese tray, fruit and vegetable tray, dips and sauces, drinks etc.) Reimbursement or charge to St. Paul's.
Print, assemble and hand-out kits market/activity booklet to the Sunday School students.
