As part of Pro Bono Week, join us for a one-day event in Fort Smith. Under the supervision of Center for Arkansas Legal Services (CALS) attorneys, assist survivors of domestic violence by preparing pro se divorce packets for individuals without children or contested property. For more complex divorce matters, conduct the intake interviews so CALS can provide extended representation. Lunch and training provided. Sponsored by Center for Arkansas Legal Services.
Time and location: Friday, October 25 from 12-4pm at the CALS office (901 S. 21st St. in Fort Smith)
Eligibility: All interested 2Ls and 3L students are welcome to apply. Rule XV certification and prior experience are not required.
