We are gleaning in a local farm field in Mt. Bethel, PA, about 15 minutes north of Easton.
Transportation can be provided if none is available.
We will be picking peppers, tomatoes and eggplants that otherwise will be plowed under for the season.  The produce will be delivered to our local food pantry or pantries, depending on the quantity picked.
Dress for farm work, sturdy shoes or boots, work clothing, long pants and long sleeves preferred, be prepared for insects, ticks, poison ivy, etc.
Will be walking in the field (uneven ground), bending, picking, and carrying the produce out of the field to the vehicles.
