The office of District 5 Councilwoman Shirley Gonzales is seeking volunteers to share Animal Care Services (ACS) spay/neuter information to residents of 78237 zip code. San Antonio ACS needs assistance to fulfill a spay/neuter grant through the end of November.

Volunteers are needed to block walk designated neighboorhoods of 78237 zip code to pass out information and sign up animals for free services offered by ACS.
Free Services included are:
Rabies Shot
Dog Food
Pet Leash
Free pet pick up and drop off for residents of 78237

This is a great opportunity for the residents of District 5 and we are requesting your assistance to share the information with them. Volunteers will meet at a local community center and block walk for 2 hours. We will be joined by ACS Officers and staff, shuttle will be avaialble to take volunteers from meeting spot to assigned neighboorhood.
