Head down to the south part of town and support this local race on the greenway in So Fay! The So Fay 10k will celebrate Kessler Mountain Regional Park and the paved trail system in South Fayetteville. This out and back course is mostly flat and is entirely on paved trail. A 1k race will take place within the park, and pancakes will be served at the finish! 

When: Saturday, October 262019
Where: The start/finish will be at Kessler Mountain Regional Park. The course will use the Cato Springs and Town Branch sections of paved trail.
Who: Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Wheelchairs and hand-cycles welcomed.
What: The So Fay 10k is a chance for runners and walkers to show their support for the City of Fayetteville parks and trails!  

VOLUNTEERS are needed to assist with all of your standard race day duties: course set up, registration, aid stations, and finish line help. In addition, help is needed with cooking pancakes and overseeing the kids area!

A new shift has been added for the DAY PRIOR to the race...that would be Oct 25.
The race and most opportunities associated with it are for OCTOBER 26.
