Exterior Trail Guides

Exterior Trail Guides will have the first and last interaction with visitors, greeting when they arrive and wishing them Happy Holidays as they exit. Positions will be near the iconic Christmas tree, near the entrance to guide attendees to the proper queue or entrance, near the shuttle arrival and departure point, or at the exit. Must be outgoing, enthusiastic and helpful to set a positive tone for the event. Exterior Trail Guides also need to be able to accurately direct attendees to their destinations (parking lot, shuttle queue, downtown, etc).

Zip Hospitality

If you have experience in the service industry or interest in lending a helping hand at holiday parties, this may be the team for you. The Hospitality team will serve Zip pass holders and private corporate holiday parties hosted exclusively in the Hospitality Area of the Trail of Lights. Duties may include greeting guests, replenishing cookie trays and drinks, light clean up, and other miscellaneous tasks. Must be professional, helpful, outgoing and willing to do light lifting and clean up.

Santa’s Workshop

Santa’s Workshop is a main attraction for the Trail of Lights’ young guests. The area buzzes with festive activities, crafts, and photo opps. Volunteers in this area will warmly welcome Santa’s guests, control queues and help with other tasks to ensure that the workshop is operating smoothly. Only positive attitudes are welcome in Santa’s Workshop, so consider this role if you’re willing to lift heavy loads of cheer.

Volunteer Check In

Volunteers set the tone for the entire event, which is why it’s important that volunteering at Trail of Lights is a positive experience from the time they arrive until they leave. You will greet volunteers to check them in for shifts, help organize volunteer check in, and set out dinner each night. Must be friendly, professional and organized.
