The Center for Writing in College, Career and Community (CWCCC) and the Ozarks Writing Project (OWP) will host students in grades 9-University on the Missouri State University campus for the fourth annual Write Now: A One-Day Conference to Engage and Motivate All Writers (formerly known as the High School Writing Conference). The conference begins in Plaster Student Union Theater with an opening session led by Shaun Tomson, world champion surfer and author of the bestselling Surfer's Code - 12 Simple Lessons for Riding Through Life and the #1 Amazon teen bestseller The Code - The Power of I Will. Students will also participate in two interactive writing workshops of their choice.
