Camp Grey Dove is a therapuetic and fun camp for children who have siblings with cancer. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the whole family is affected. Siblings may experience feelings of sadness, jealousy, or guilt. Camp Grey Dove gives siblings a chance to process these emotions and learn coping skills, while fostering fun and friendship in a summer camp setting.
Counselors will be leading groups through different activities and ensuring the kids have a great time while maintaining their safety. Extra training and paperwork is required for this role and enthusiasm is a must!
We are also interested in certified therapists to run group therapy sessions and nurses in case of emergencies.
Training is required beforehand.
Background check is required.

A full week commitment is required.
Counselors will sleep overnight at the camp.
