About

Run, ride, run around the beautiful Lake Fayetteville in this ladies only duathlon. Each run will be 2 miles and the bike will be 11 miles, all of which will be on paved trail. What sounds better than the chance to get out and run, bike, run in the company of hundreds of other women!

VOLUNTEERS are needed for everything from race set up/clean up, hospitality, transition area monitors, course monitors, timing assistants, etc.

Must be willing to work outdoors, during a busy event, while maintaining a positive attitude and cheering for race participants! If you enjoy helping others to achieve fitness goals -- this is the volunteer experience for you!
