|Dads will be given instruction on how to change a baby, bath a baby, feed a baby, rock a baby and then put it to bed. The dad who does the tasks correctly the fastest wins. Each participant will win a gift bag. Overall winner will win a gift basket.||4/4||Over|
|Crawling babies will have a chance to compete for prizes. 5 babies will be allowed to sign up for each race and each baby who competes will win a gift bag. The first baby to cross the finish line wins and if a baby walks, they are disqualified.|
The winner of each race will win a gift basket and move onto the finals where the five race winners will compete to win a prize.
|Volunteers will be helping out wherever they’re needed. This means you may be running around grabbing things that stations need, or you could end up working at a station with other volunteers if it gets busy. What you end up doing will all depend on how the day goes and what the stations need.||0/6||Over|
|Our models will show up at the secret back stage at area. They are allowed to line up in any order with their fashion show index card description in hand. As they approach the stage, their cards will be collected and handed to the announcers. If a model forgets her card, we will have back ups with us.||4/8||Over|
|As people are entering the Jones Center, they will be split into 2 lines: those who have exact cash to pay for their ticket and those who will need change. You will be in charge of those who have exact cash, so you will just take the cash, put the cash in its assigned location, and hand the person the correct number of tickets.||3/4||Over|
|As people are entering the Jones Center, they will be divided into 2 lines: those who have exact cash to pay for the ticket and those who will need change. You will be helping those who will need change.||4/4||Over|
|Goodie Bags: Volunteers will distribute goodie bags as people enter the Jones Center||3/8||Over|
|Volunteers will keep the area safe and manage the bounce houses. Kids 5 and over in the large bounce house and children under 5 in the smaller bounce house.||2/4||Over|
|There will be a prize (you’ll be informed of what it is as soon as we get all of the details about it so that you can answer any questions people at the event might have) that people can buy raffle tickets to enter to win. Volunteers will sell the tickets and manage the money from the tickets.||2/4||Over|
|Participants will be able to design their own onesie. Volunteers will keep the station clean and keep onesies organized by size.||4/4||Over|
|People are able to purchase tickets prior to the day of the event. Your job will be to collect these tickets as people with presold tickets come through the line.||1/4||Over|

Hello everyone and thank you all so much for volunteering to serve at the World’s Largest Baby Shower for the March of Dimes! Your support makes our mission possible and with your help we will be provide valuable education to many expecting mothers in our community.
I just wanted to share a few details about the event and what to expect tomorrow.
• Date: Saturday March 10, 2018
• Location: Jones Center in Springdale: 922 E Emma Ave, Springdale, AR 72764
• Time: Arrive at 8:30 to check in and get instructions for your station. Doors will open promptly at 9am.
• Additional Details:
o Everyone can check in at the entrance (tickets sales tables)
o Please wear something comfortable
If you have a purple shirt please wear it to support the March of Dimes or your organizations shirt.
o Lunch will be served to volunteers
