ACES Day is a day where all children all over the world are encouraged to exercise. This is the third year for ExerCYse' participation in ACES day.
To help out, we will meet outside in the Forker parking lot at 10:30 AM Wednesday morning and disperse in groups to the local elementary schools to set up exercise stations for kids to use.
You will man one station and exercise with the kids when they get to your station and then send them on to the next one. A station might be jumping jacks or push ups, very easy things to manage. We will also have CY making a special stop at each school to play with the kids (and helpers)! We need a lot of help for this event to be a huge success! It's a great way to take a break, relax, and de-stress from taking and studying for finals.
If you do not have a ride, there will be carpooling available. If you do have a car and will be driving, it would be very helpful if you could give a ride to those without a car.
Please contact Bria with any questions at email@example.com.
Don't forget to show up in the parking lot at 10:30 AM in order to get to the schools on time.
