Support the disaster recovery of individuals, families, and communities through the activities of Casework and Recovery Planning, Recovery Systems, and Community Recovery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client interviews: both initial interview and follow-up conversations, according to program standards Assess qualifications for Direct Client Assistance Use the Client Assistance System 2.0 to document the assistance and services provided in the client record according to program standards Assist disaster clients with recovery planning, problem-solving and advocacy on request according to program standards Provide clients with information and referrals to relevant community partners Ability to work remotely For more information about how to register, follow this link.
Requirement DetailsWondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you or someone in your household traveled to a country on the CDC’s Level 3 watch list in the last 30 days? At this time, these include China, Iran, Italy and South Korea. These may change. See the CDC’s guidelines for the most up-to-date list.

  2. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  3. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a fever, cough or shortness of breath. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
