Dr. Shepherd Discusses Coronavirus, 5G, African American Immunity Myths, and Hurricane Season - A Myth Debunking Session

Additional Information:

Dr. Marshall Shepherd is a Georgia Athletic Association Distinguished Professor and Director of the Atmospheric Sciences Program at the University of Georgia. He hosts the Weather Channel Podcast Weather Geeks, and is a Senior Contributor to Forbes Magazine. He is the former President of the American Meteorological Society and a former scientist at NASA. He is routinely requested by Congress, The White House, and national media on weather, climate, and science issues. Herein, he discusses the misperception that things are not that bad with coronavirus because fatality numbers are lower than early projections (Though still pretty awful by the way). He uses tornado and hurricane scenarios in the discussion.
