In the Mentorship Program, you will positively impact the social development and academic achievement of individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Mentoring consists of fun conversations and virtual interactions that support and guide your mentee through hobbies, goals, career advice, and more. Your relationship with your mentee is a vital part of their social growth and positive mental health.

Requirement Details
The commitment involves a one-on-one video chat at least once a week for 30 minutes, with an 8-week commitment.

Technology: An internet connection or data plan, camera and audio functionality. The Arc will give instruction on how to use Google Meets video chat.
