The Feed My People breakfast has changed significantly due to the corona virus. Currently, we are preparing sack breakfasts to be served at the door to our clients. We continue to prepare the breakfast at First UMC's Family Life Center at 1300 Lavaca. The Covid-19 version of Feed My People has volunteers doing prep work on the evening preceding the breakfast at 5:30PM. Additional volunteers gather at 5:30AM the following morning to complete the meal and serve up to 200 to 300 hungry people. Breakfast is prepared and served every Tuesday and Thursday. All volunteers must sign up using the link below to participate. This is necessary to assure we comply with maximum group size and social distancing requirements. You may be asked to leave if you arrive without signing up causing us to exceed maximum group size. Face masks required. Gloves provided. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP (REQUIRED)
