During Spring 2020, students collaborated to produce consistent communication throughout quarantine on the Connectors Team. As they neared the summer, we hired three Communications Interns who developed an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Plan that is to be used as a guide for the Communication Organizer between September 2020 and June of 2021.
The Communication Organizer will collaborate with all internal players of Passion Impact to organize a communication calendar that accurately portrays and includes mission and activities. While following the Communication Interns’ IMC Plan, it will be imperative to understand and adapt communication to the continually changing environment. This position will require the organizer to manage posting approvals, communication calendars, graphic designs, social media, website updates, and monthly newsletters. The Communication Organizer will be supported by the Executive Director and will solicit support from students when needed.
