Our community needs us now more than ever. We hope you will join us this year at the 47th annual *virtual* Mile High United Way Turkey Trot so we can support our community and the critical work of Mile High United Way. Register here.

Since we are going virtual, we are sad to say we won’t be recruiting our incredible Turkey Trot volunteers this year! But, there are still lots of ways to get involved in our community.

Requirement Details
Majority of shifts will require being on your feet. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:

  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a fever, cough or shortness of breath. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered “yes’ to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy. If you have questions, please contact us at volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org

  • Wear warm clothes & a mask – there will be a bathroom but we are we trying to limit our time inside the building as much as possible.

  • Snacks and beverages provided
