Role brief: 

We are seeking a talented marketing mind to focus on lead nurturing. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase leads and donor generation by using inbound and outbound marketing tactics to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action. Your goal is to generate interest from qualified leads and potential  donors. As a marketing lead strategist you are required  to develop a strategy for lead generation in collaboration with our marketing team. You will manage the leads’ generation, nurturing and conversion strategies that will need to be integrated within the larger marketing plan. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Lead Conversion Plan including Strategy, Qualify, Present, Nurture,  Transaction,  Follow-up and  CRM Plan (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate and communicate well regarding strategizing.

  • Organize and develop marketing strategies across a variety of platforms

  • Develop and maintain digital campaigns

  • Research to identify new effective marketing trends for the organization.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of any marketing strategies

  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

  • Optimize our light marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in  advertising or marketing or 2+ years of professional experience as substitution for Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Familiarize with inbound channels, value proposition and our Salesforce to create a comprehensive  lead conversion strategy

  • lead conversion experience prefered.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 volunteer hours per week 

  • PMs Minimum volunteer hours 10 hrs per week for at least 6 months

  • Must be responsive to all messages within 24 hours

  • Excellent time management & communication skills in English; follow up and follow through approach

  • Native fluency in spoken and written English

  • Highly collaborative style; experience working in a virtual environment highly preferred

  • Proficiency with Google Suite Apps such as Drive, Sheets, etc. and familiarity with Trello & Slack 

  • Enjoys creating & implementing initiatives

  • Reliable internet connection a must 

  • Detail-oriented, organized, consistently communicates, and deadline-driven

  • Motivated self starter and entrepreneurial  with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience or knowledge working in a Non-profit or social issues preferred.

  • Professional Demeanor at all times as a virtual non-paid volunteer
