Join Friends of the Rail Park for a Volunteer Happy Hour! At this hour-long volunteer event, you'll learn from landscape architect and designer, Bryan Hanes, about the design of Phase One and how to identify and effectively remove invasive plant species and weeds at the Rail Park.
Gardening gloves, pizza from Wood Street Pizza, and beer from Love City Brewing (for volunteers 21+) provided!
Meet at 1300 Noble Street entrance.
This volunteer activity requires walking through the park and bending over to pull weeds from the ground and planter beds that are low to the ground. You might get a little dirty! Please be prepared with appropriate attire and footwear.
