About

Join the Swaner Preserve and Wild Utah Project in building several Beaver Dam Analogs along a stream on the Swaner Preserve!

The BDAs will help improve water and habitat quality on the Preserve. This is a great way to get onto areas of the Preserve that are not open to the public.

Beaver dam analogs are a stream restoration structure. These human-made beaver dams provide ecological benefits of their natural counterparts by increasing habitat, lowering water temperature, recharging groundwater, and more!

Be prepared to get your hands dirty and have a lasting impact on the Preserve for years to come!
