About

(Hartsdale, NY)   Please join us as we work alongside our friends at Westchester Parks Foundation to perform routine trail maintenance and clear debris and invasive plants along the Ridge Road Park Trail.  All ages are welcome. No experience necessary.

Ridge Road Park is a 236-acre park with walking trails, group picnicking, playground and athletic fields - including the Miracle Field for children and adults with disabilities.   The undeveloped parts of the site are heavily wooded with trails. Portions of the park have historical significance because they were constructed and financed by the Works Progress Administration (W.P.A.).

The Westchester Parks Foundation engages the public to advocate for and invest in the preservation, conservation, use, and enjoyment of the 18,000 acres of parks, trails, and open spaces within the Westchester County Parks system. Visit https://www.thewpf.org/
