Current or retired educators are needed to complete simple running records and surveys with children 1st-8th grades in PT’s summer camp program. Volunteers will be assisting to collect pre and post reading data.
Requirements for Reading Buddy Volunteers:- A background check is required for all volunteers 18+.
- Volunteers must complete a one-time online training before their first volunteer session (Available May 10, 2022).
- Volunteers must abide by PT's COVID-19 safety guidelines while volunteering.
- Volunteers must be a current educator, retired educator, or students enrolled in a teacher education program.
