About

Volunteers run Northwest Arkansas' Pride Festival, Parade, and Trans March. They are the backbone that ensures the smooth operation of these events and that 30,000 LGBTQ people and their allies are visible, safe, and having fun.
There are over 250 volunteer assignments ranging from carrying the region's largest trans and rainbow flags in the Parade to supporting festival logistics. Most shifts are for short periods, so you'll also be able to enjoy Arkansas' largest LGBTQ event!
If you have questions about assignments, you can reach out to NWA Pride's Volunteer Manager, Gina Smith, at info@nwapride.org.
