You or your group will provide 25 sandwiches, salty snacks, and sweets for use on our Friday afternoon street outreach to local homeless people around UT. Each item needs to be individually packaged. We can reimburse up to $15 with receipts, if cost is an issue.
You may deliver the items to the reception desk at St. Austin's Parish Church anytime between 2 and 3:45. Our outreach leader needs the food by 3:45pm at St. Austin's. You are welcome to also participate in our outreach from 4 to 6pm. Each item should be individually wrapped, but please don't assemble the items into lunch bags. We just need a bag of sandwiches, a bag of salty snacks, and a bag of sweets. Additional details on preferences and best practices will be provided to you by email.
|Parking Details||For delivery, you can park in the alley behind St. Austins. You enter via the courtyard entrance by ringing the bell and talking to reception through the intercom. When you enter the building, proceed to reception (located on the Guadalupe-facing side of the building) and explain that you are dropping off food. They will normally tell you where to refrigerate the sandwiches. If not, please ask.|
