About
Our Food2Kids program provides bags of meals (containing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack items) for each weekend day that schools cannot provide food assistance to children suffering from food insecurity. These bags are filled with nutritious and simple-to-open meals and snacks best suited for children and may include additional food items such as bread or hand fruit.
Volunteers signed up for this event would be responsible for set up, stocking, bagging, and cleanup for this event.
The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia Volunteer Department cannot guarantee the event listed for this date as volunteer events are based on need; if a different distribution program has an immediate or greater need, the event for the day may change without notice. We thank our volunteers for being flexible and understanding.
As a reminder, we do not offer community service hours for volunteer work.
