Assist in setting up the site location.  Place tables and chairs in the event location, set up the DJ table, any tents that have been secured, and the beverage table.  Place the sandwich boards with the menu on them where the Food Trucks will be located.

Assist with picking up trash, breaking down tables, moving chairs & tents back inside the building.

Ensure that beverages (water/tea) are available and replenished when needed.

Assist in the kitchen with setting up the dessert table, replenishing it as needed and taking it out to the fellowship site.
