We need your help to make sure our Veterans have what they need to prepare an easy and delicious Thanksgiving feast! Our goal is to provide 50 Veterans and Veteran families with easy-to-prepare, shelf stable foods as part of a well-rounded Thanksgiving dinner.
Sign up to donate Thanksgiving food items during Priority Veteran's "Homecooked for Heroes" holiday meal drive!
How to participate:
1. Use the shopping list provided to purchase shelf-stable, easy-to-prepare meal items. Specific details and quantities are specified. It is important that you purchase ALL items on your list! This list can be found in the Documents tab above.
2. Drop off your items at the United Way of Central Alabama Alice Williams Building at 3620 8th Ave S Birmingham, AL 35222. Items can be dropped off November 11-18 from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
3. Enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday knowing you helped make someone else's special!
