Upper Crust: Knock loudly on the back door and tell staff you're there to pick up the surplus bread. Enter the walk-in cooler and look on left-hand side, bottom shelf toward the back. The bread is either in a cardboard egg box or plastic milk crate.

Mandola's: A trash bag of bread should be inside by the front door or ask for a trash bag at the cashier counter and pack the bread. Make sure to get large paper bags at the bread counter. Drop-off sites prefer individually packaged bread for easier distribution to their clients.

I was able to rescue 5 loaves of bread from Mandola, 11 loaves of bread, 14 pastries from Upper Crust, 1 tub of assorted pastries, 1 tub of bagels and 20 plus loaves of assorted breads from Panera Arboretum. I will update on Friday afternoon where I distributed the surplus besides the normal drop off of Easter Seals.
