The Campus Kitchen at the University of Kentucky simultaneously addresses hunger and food waste by recovering unused food from dining halls, groceries, restaurants, and farms and turning it into meals for local agencies.
At this delivery shift, volunteers address hunger by delivering and serving meals to the residents of the Emerson Center. Volunteers must meet with the shift captains at the Funkhouser Building room 207. From there, volunteers can ride with the shift captains to the Emerson Center or drive themselves. Either is fine!
