Participants will learn why it is important to plan ahead for healthy lunches and snacks, and learn strategies for choosing healthy sandwich options.
**For WSU Students** Your participation in the nutrition classes does not meet the criteria for tracking community service hours. We welcome you to participate to be an active citizen and promote the destigmatization of mental health and the importance of nutrition for our wellness.
