Field Experience/Internship Opportunities for Various Majors

The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department offers programs, parks, and facilities to help improve the lives of Bowling Green residents as well as those in the surrounding communities.  We are looking for Field Experience students that can help with youth and adult sports programming, recreational programming, community special events, as well as other related duties.  We offer field experiences for those pursuing degrees in Sport Management, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Recreation, or Event Management.   We are seeking self-starting motivated individuals who are eager and ready to contribute to our organization and can demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently as well as part of a team.  Applicants must have a reliable source of transportation.  If interested in learning more, please contact Ivan at (419)354-6223 or ivan@bgohio.org.
