Volunteer Reports to: DH Program Coordinator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cook for clients
  • Clean kitchen and common spaces
  • Engage with clients

Requirements:

  • Present a professional appearance and a friendly manner
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality of Project Transitions clients, volunteers, and donors
  • Be courteous and personable with clients

Onboarding & Training:

  • Fulfill Texas Food Handler license (must obtain before start date)
  • TB clearance required
  • Program tour


Time Commitment:

  • 8am-11am
  • 11am-2pm
  • 3pm-7pm
