This Multi-session program meets weekly for 4 weeks and will provide you with the valuable tools to help others quit tobacco. These include: preparing to quit tobacco with a quit plan, learning strategies and skills to deal with nicotine cravings to remain tobacco-free, dealing with slips, and having the opportunity to share in a friendly, respectful and supportive group setting.
Training provided - Virtual (2 Hours) - Flexible
On Site - Must be present Mondays from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM at Homestead site.
