Share Your Heart! Make Valentines For Community Hospice!

Community Hospice is a non-profit community based organization dedicated to providing peace, hope, and compassion to our patients through our Palliative, Hospice, and Bereavement services. 

We have an easy and fun opportunity for you! We've been asked by some of our partner facilities if our volunteers would be willing to provide Valentine's to their patients.  Of course we would! But we need your help!

• Create or Purchase 10 or more Valentines for patients living in long term care facilities in our area.  Small candies or other treats are also accepted but remember your audience!
• Make sure you've signed the Valentines with your FIRST NAME ONLY and YSU student.
• Turn your Valentines in at Fok Hall(exact location pending) by Feburary10th Make sure your Valentines are packaged in a plastic bag or with a rubber band and labeled with your info so I can match your project with the hours you enter into pulse
• I cannot stress this one enough: ENTER YOUR HOURS INTO PULSE! Otherwise, I won't be able to track you down to credit you for your contribution!
