Lewisburg Community Garden - Volunteer Hours

About

Lewisburg Community Garden is a resource for the Lewisburg area community.  Sponsored by Bucknell University, Office for Civic Engagement.  Half of the garden is available to local gardeners who prepare their plot, plant their own seeds, and harvest all of the produce from their garden.  The other half of the garden is operated by Bucknell staff, students, and advisors. This side of the garden grows vegetables for use in "Community Harvest," a community meal in Milton, where students and volunteers plan, cook, and serve a meal every Monday night for residents in Milton, PA. We also donate to other area food pantries. 

Twice a week, we offer Garden Hours, where everyone is invited to volunteer and help grow food to feed our community.
