Volunteer with Denver Inner City Parish Food Pantry!
We are an understaffed food pantry that serves approximately 500 people a week across 20 different sites. We are trying to recruit volunteers and can provide quality volunteer opportunities to students/young professionals looking to gain real-world experience that will make a different in the community.
Our program would be a great fit for any Language (Spanish and Chinese), International, or Non-Profit Management majors or recent grads.
Volunteers would get the chance to put their language skills to the test with our food pantry clients, learn the ins and out of of a local non-profit, and gain direct experience helping the community . We are able to work with each volunteer and adjust their responsibilities/experience based on the skills they want to develop.
