Description
The Care Communities provides volunteer Care Teams for persons living with HIV/AIDS or cancer. The Care Team consists of three to six persons matched with a client and providing practical and emotional support, such as running errands, transportation to medical appoints, food bank, grocery store, yard work, companionship, etc. From each volunteer we ask four hours a month.
