Rooted in Community with PEAS

Join us this Fall at the PEAS Community Farm to get rooted in community! Just as our plants get ready to focus their energy into their roots for the coming Winter, we will ground ourselves to our foundational element of community. Together we will be watering plants and fruit trees, sowing seeds and planting new plants, weeding and removing invasive plants to give our native species enough room to thrive, mulching our space and more! We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle, water will be available onsite for refills. Breakfast will be provided by Snooze Eatery who has graciously offered to cater this event - much gratitude to them for this offering! All tools and gloves will be provided, come ready to share the joys of tending the land with others. (Location is in South Austin off of Menchaca Rd and Berkeley Ave at Cunningham Elementary School & Park)
