TreesCharlotte will be planting 19 trees at Waddell Street Park, in close proximity to our Treesilience neighborhood, McCrorey Heights. This has been made possible by our Treesilience sponsors: TIAA, Wells Fargo, Duke Energy, Truist, and the Arbor Day Foundation.
Events are held rain or shine. A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions.
HQ will be at the Waddell Street Parking lot that is accessed through Oaklawn Cemetery. Please proceed to 1615 Oaklawn Ave, Charlotte, NC 28216 and look for the TreesCharlotte directional signs to lead you to the back parking lot (parking lot cannot be accessed by Waddell Street).
