Workers Defense Project is looking for volunteers and interns to assist in our Employment and Legal Services Department! You can support local low-wage workers who have experienced wage theft and other abuses on the job at WDP's weekly Tuesday night worker meeting by collecting information and assisting in completion of paperwork required to fill a claim.
Volunteers will gain experience in legal and nonprofit fields. Class credit opportunities available.
Must attend an initial three-hour training and two Tuesday night juntas/month. Fluency in Spanish is required.
