Partnerships in Beautification in the Crooked  Creek Community is cleaning up the corridor by sweeping, picking up litter and clearing views over our namesake waterway. Then planting spring flowering bulbs to brighten the corridor for next Spring - From the generous donation of Light of the World Church. History: Residents use miles of the pedestrian path along the West side of Michigan Rd. for commuting with strollers, bikes, bus stops, wheelchairs walking.  Gravel, debris and overgrown shrubs impede safety for these individuals. The Bridges/Creek views are also overgrown. We will clear a view to the creek in several locations along the path, clean out the debris and litter and sweep the bridges in areas where the creek crosses Michigan Rd. Finishing this off by adding spring flowering bulbs planted in key locations to enhance the corridor and create a sense of space for the community next Spring. Please join us as we Clean, color and Clear this much used historic corridor.
